A knocked-out contender on The Apprentice says he was "very proud" and hoped he had made "everyone else proud as well".
Rajan Gill, a pharmaceuticals specialist from Medway, was eliminated in the seventh episode of the BBC programme's latest 12-episode series.
"It's an incredibly tough experience but the people that you meet and the friends that you make throughout the show was incredible," he told BBC Radio Kent.
The final episode of series 20 of The Apprentice airs on BBC1 at 21:00 GMT on Thursday.
The winner will receive £250,000 in investment in their business, as well as partnering with Lord Sugar.
The Medway candidate said of finalist Pascha Myhill that she was the "smartest 21-year-old I've ever met" and her competitor Karishma Vijay was "very determined" and a "very savvy businesswoman".
The programme had "probably not" given his business a boost but has helped his "personal growth", according to Gill.
"It's really proved to myself that you are honestly able to achieve anything you put your put your mind to," he told the BBC.
He said it was "weird watching it back" since he was knocked out of the programme but could "still relate to all their emotions, exactly what they're going through".
"As the series progresses your mindset and the way you think also progresses," Gill said.
"They're all still the exact same people who I met but you can tell that the hunger has just multiplied."
