MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Fourth Annual Small Business Expo kicks off Thursday.
The program has invested $9 million into businesses and created more than 600 jobs.
EDGE President and CEO Joann Massey said being able to give back to her community in such a way is so important to her personally.
“Small businesses are the backbone of our local economy,” said Massey. “Through Entrepreneurship City, we’re working alongside the City of Memphis to ensure founders have access to the connections, resources, and support systems that help turn great ideas into impact.”
If you’re a business owner and want to get involved you’re encouraged to apply through EDGE.
The expo starts at 11 a.m. at the Renasant Convention Center in the Riverfront Rooms one through five.
