Compass brokerage integrated services leader Cory Perkins is expanding his role to include the holding company’s nine brands.
Another Compass brokerage executive has joined the Compass International Holdings leadership lineup, with Cory Perkins expanding his role as president of integrated services to the holdings company’s nine brands and four relocation, title and settlement, leads, and insurance businesses.
Perkins has been with Compass for eight years, holding leadership positions within the brokerage’s expansion, product strategy and operations, and new business divisions. During his tenure leading the expansion division, Perkins helped Compass open more than 100 offices in more than 20 new markets. He then established the brokerage’s first-ever integrated services division, supercharging Compass’s growth in revenue, profitability, and title and escrow attachment.
“The best companies in the world make client experiences better and more seamless at every step,” said Robert Reffkin, Chairman and CEO of Compass International Holdings, in a prepared statement. “Cory has proven he knows how to build and scale integrated services that deliver real value to agents and their clients. He’s the right leader to lead our combined integrated services team and take them to the next level.”

Perkins, whose pre-Compass experience also includes early-stage venture capital and editorial development, said “it’s a privilege” to be part of Compass’s next chapter and “work alongside the talented teams and storied brands” now under the Compass International Holdings banner.
“With the best people and technology powering our integrated services businesses, we have the real opportunity to set the bar for service excellence in our industry,” he said in an emailed statement. “I couldn’t be more energized to kick off this journey in support of our real estate professionals and their clients.”
Don Casey, who led Anywhere’s Integrated Services division, will retire at the end of 2026 and transition into an advisory role at Compass.
Perkins is the latest in a string of Compass and former Anywhere leaders to move to Compass International Holdings.
Others include former Anywhere Chief People Officer Tanya Reu-Narvaez, Compass veteran Rory Golod, who was named president of growth, and Anywhere veteran Sue Yannaccone, who was named Chief Operating Officer.
Former Compass executives Tim Gustavson and Shay Artzi have moved into C-suite accounting and tech roles, respectively, at the holding company. Compass also promoted longtime leader Neda Navab to brokerage president as part of Reffkin’s transition to head of Compass International Holdings.
