The partnership integrates rennie’s proprietary data and AI platform with The Agency’s marketing infrastructure and referral network, according to a joint announcement. The companies said the collaboration gives developers access to market intelligence, branding, sales execution and risk management services under a single structure.
“Developers today require more than traditional sales,” said Mauricio Umansky, CEO and founder of The Agency. “Our partnership with rennie brings together unmatched market intelligence, bespoke marketing and sales execution, and five decades of new development expertise.”
Greg Zayadi | rennie
Rennie President Greg Zayadi said the firm’s approach centers on data and systems built over 50 years. “That foundation allows us to not only position and sell homes, but to actively manage risk for our partners from developers to banks and pension funds,” Zayadi said.
The partnership’s first announced project is Kaliʻu Ala Moana, a 285-unit condominium in Honolulu developed by ProsPac Holdings and designed by Olson Kundig. Additional projects are expected to be announced, the companies said.
The Agency, founded in 2011, has reported more than $104 billion in total transaction volume across 150-plus offices in 14 countries. Rennie operates across the Pacific Coast and select resort destinations, including Vancouver, Whistler, Seattle and Palm Springs, with more than 300 real estate advisors.
