I&M launches new customer support page
Indiana Michigan Power has launched a new bill support center web page.
The page at indianamichiganpower.com/BillSupport will provide customers with information about their bills, rate options and other programs. There is also a Friends & Family Direct Program, which allows individuals to make direct bill payments for someone else.
“Customers want clear, straightforward information they can access when they need it,” said Katie Runkle, I&M’s vice president of external affairs and customer experience, in a news release. “The Bill Support Center provides our customers with easy-to-use tools in one place to explore rate options, find assistance, and take control of their energy decisions.”
Appointments made
Ardagh Glass Packaging announced appointments to executive positions last week.
The announcements included Alexander Kuzan as CEO of AGP-Europe and Timur Colak as chief commercial officer.
Following CEO Mike Dick’s retirement at the end of May, the company will restructure with the CEOs Brian Brandstatter of AGP-North America, Paul Curnow of AGP-Africa and Kuzan reporting to executive chairman Mark Porto.
“These appointments and structural changes represent a pivotal moment for Ardagh Glass Packaging as we evolve in a dynamic global market,” said Porto in a news release. “By empowering our regional leaders and sharpening our commercial focus, we are positioning ourselves to operate with greater speed and agility. This new structure allows us to be more responsive to our customers’ needs and builds a strong foundation for sustainable growth and continued industry leadership.”
New facility opens
Dollar Tree held a ribbon-cutting last week to celebrate the opening of its new distribution center in Litchfield Park, Arizona.
The company purchased the 1-million-square-foot facility in October 2025. It will begin serving deliveries to about 700 stores in five Southwest states next month.
“The ribbon-cutting is a celebratory moment for our teams and strengthens our supply chain in the Southwest and West. This facility will help us move product closer to our stores and serve customers more quickly,” said Roxanne Weng, Dollar Tree chief supply chain officer, in a news release. “We are proud to be part of the local community and bring nearly 400 jobs to the area.”
Book drive underway
First Financial Bank is hosting a book drive through May 30.
Books can be dropped off in bins at all First Financial Bank locations. They will then be delivered to local schools, libraries and nonprofit organizations.
“Supporting financial literacy is key to our goal of becoming a strong financial partner to the communities we serve, but supporting literacy initiatives of any kind is extremely important,” said Roddell McCullough, chief corporate responsibility officer for First Financial, in a news release. “Delivery day, when we hand off these books for the people in the community, is always a fun moment for us. We’re excited to team up with our neighbors to fill the collection bins with some great titles this year.”
First Financial locations include:
•112 N. Meridian St., Portland
•220 N. Wayne St., Fort Recovery
•211 W. Pearl St., Union City
•117 S. Jefferson St., Hartford City
