Foundation announces $200K challenge grant for Skylark campaign
Skylark recently announced a $200,000 challenge grant from the Stuart and Eulene Murray Foundation in support of its Build for Life Campaign. During a recent visit to the construction site, Skylark Trustee Hank Rowland toured the facility with Skylark CEO Patrick Eades to view the progress being made on the organization’s expansion and renovation project.

Trade school teachers from all over Georgia converged on the Golden Isles College and Career Academy this week to brush up on their skills and learn new techniques at Camp Trade & Industry.
Local students taking part in a STEM-based summer camp this week at Selden Park conducted experiments in environmental science, but for the organizers, they were part of an experiment themselves.

When Ted DuBose raised the door Tuesday at Brunswick First United Methodist Church’s annex, a half dozen people were waiting outside with bicycles to be repaired by church volunteers.
The turtles, lizards and snakes of Wild Wonders Animal Adventures made their annual appearance at the Brunswick-Glynn County Library Tuesday where they met the noisy approval of a young audience.
Two of the Glynn County Police Department’s former top cops say the Glynn County Sheriff, a former district attorney and others conspired against them in an attempt to bring down the county police department and consolidate law enforcement powers under the sheriff.
