Lagos professionals, entrepreneurs, business leaders and aspiring changemakers will gather on July 4 for The Clarity Experience, a leadership and personal development event designed to help participants gain direction, sharpen decision-making and translate ambition into measurable progress.
Organised by leadership and clarity coach Shalom Ernest, the event is positioned as an immersive experience focused on helping individuals move beyond uncertainty and take more intentional action in their personal and professional lives.
According to the organisers, the programme will feature practical frameworks, guided conversations and strategic insights aimed at helping participants align their goals with actionable plans.
The event seeks to address a common challenge faced by many professionals and entrepreneurs: the gap between effort and meaningful outcomes.
The keynote address will be delivered by Dr. Akin Akinpelu, Forbes Thought Leader and Chief Executive Officer of AALDC. He will be joined by a distinguished lineup of speakers including Mr. Sam Egube, Deputy Chief of Staff to the Governor of Lagos State; Chinenye Ajayi, Founder of GEPA and Solfa Power Ltd; Joshua Adeloye, Life and Purpose Coach; Orifunke Lawal, Policy, Strategy and Governance Consultant; and Bayode Oke Thomas, Country Director of InstantRad Inc.
Speaking ahead of the event, Ernest described The Clarity Experience as more than a conference, but a platform for reflection, strategic thinking and purposeful growth.
“The day you discover the reason for your existence, you unlock it’s true essence and that shift changes everything in your life and how you lead”
The event is targeted at individuals seeking greater clarity in leadership, career progression, entrepreneurship, governance and personal development.
The Clarity Experience will take place on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at Favoured Place, Beside Up Asso Building, 25 Ikorodu Road, Maryland, Lagos.
With conversations expected to span leadership, governance, business growth, purpose and personal effectiveness, the event aims to equip attendees with the mindset and tools required to navigate an increasingly complex and opportunity-rich environment.
